Because most pools are painted blue at the bottom %26amp; oceans reflect the blue sky which gives it the blue tint.
THE PERSON BELOW ME IS WRONG BECAUSE IF WHAT HE IS SAYING IS TRUE THE SKY WOULDN'T BE BLUE OVER A DESERT EVEN THOUGH it IS!!!
ok...so frst u need to know that sky appears 2 b blue due to White light...........b'cuz blue clour is most in white light......so sky appears to be blue and same is the case with water!!!!!!!
