What is the safest way to isolate 2 pcs of glass attached to each other using optically clear adhesive?

I am dealing with a glass touch panel that is fused with a another glass panel and they are fused with optically clear adhesive. Since both parts are fragile, i do not want to accidentally break either of them so need some help on how to remove them safely off each other. Would appreciate any tips and info.thanksWhat is the safest way to isolate 2 pcs of glass attached to each other using optically clear adhesive?
It would depend of course on the nature of the adhesive, but it sounds like soaking them in a hydrocarbon solvent like xylene or toluene might be the best bet. Acetone might do it for some adhesives, but in general hydrocarbons are broader range adhesive solvents.
