use the goo gone by far works the best, won't harm the tint

alchohol or adhesive remover you can get that at an auto parts store
I'm told W-D 40 is good for a lot of things like this.
The simplest and most effective I can suggest is that you pour out some of your 'nail polish remover' onto a piece of cotton or tissue and just clean it up. It always works and in your case you do not have to go anywhere.
if the window are factory tinted you can use a razor blade but if it is and on tint to the windows don't do it ...
