OK to store oats in a clear glass jar?

I have a bunch of clear, square glass jars with a sealable top. Is it a good idea to put my oats in there? I know certain things are not good for storing where sunlight can reach them.OK to store oats in a clear glass jar?
it's fine to store them in there, but i wouldn't leave the jar anywhere where it could have sun beating down on it.

Its fine to put oats in clear glass jars! But not in direct sunlight or near heaters. So put 'em in a cupard! :D
