You use the blade from a utility knife. Just put the sharp edge against the glass, apply a little pressure, and scrape. It will all come off easily and will NOT hurt the glass.
You can purchase a special scraper that removes stuff from glass. Try a hardware store.

disolve it off with a strong detergent or bleach.
you can but sealant remover. Try your local diy store. Careful though, if you use too much it will disolve ant sealant that you want to leave in place too.
Assuming you mean silicon sealant, just use a razor blade flat to the glass - it peels off.
