I've had the best luck with cleaner made for ceramic cooktops, and my sister uses automotive ';chrome and glass'; cleaner. Both are creamy products. Use a non-abrasive pad (some cooktop cleaners come with them), and when the glass is clean, then Rainex, Rainex, Rainex.
