How do you get tea stains out of a clear glass pitcher? I used distilled vinegar/water, but it didn't work.?

A couple of teaspoonsful of bicarbonate of soda and some boiling water. Leave to soak. You can also use laundry soda. This will also clean and freshen Thermos flasks and flower vases. How do you get tea stains out of a clear glass pitcher? I used distilled vinegar/water, but it didn't work.?
when I was working in the restraunt business, we would use coarse salt, lemon juice and ice cubes inside the pots to remove coffee and tea stains.

make a paste with the salt and lemon juice inside the pot, then add about 1 cup of crushed ice or small ice cubes and swirl the contents around the pot until the stains are gone.

the ice cubes were to help move the salt around and scrub the pot without us having to put our hands inside the container. How do you get tea stains out of a clear glass pitcher? I used distilled vinegar/water, but it didn't work.?
I haven't tried this on tea stains, but it works on coffee stains. Squeeze a cut up lemon into the pitcher, then add salt to make a paste. Swirl around, let stand, swirl again. Repeat as long as needed.

good luck.
The residue can be cleaned up with Jiff or a light abrasive cleanser

I have had this problem in my tea%26amp; coffee jugs as well as sometimes in mugs, teacups, regular washing in a dishwasher helps
use some bleach
